Use Survey Monkey to set up online surveys to assess students about a story or get their feedback (i.e. Exit Ticket) on a lesson. You can even set up surveys for parents. Nice bonus: Survey monkey can be accessed at anywhere online, so you won't have to lug papers home!You can choose different kinds of surveys: fill-in, multiple choice, Likert scale.
